Miro has partnered with BerryCo NZ to acquire the intellectual property rights to a range of blueberry varieties from Mountain Blue Orchards, a world-renowned, long-established and innovative Australian breeder. You will see them in supermarkets as ‘Blue Royal’ and ‘River Run’.

Selected for their suitability to warmer climates, people love these varieties for their flavour, size, juiciness, sweetness and crunch.

To ensure our berries arrive fresh and tasty to consumers, we have invested in a state-of-the-art berry packhouse and cool chain in Te Puke.

As well as a delicious range of berries, Miro will provide wrap around support (kaitaikitanga) to Miro growers including technical growing expertise, turn-key orchard construction, orchard management services and supply chain logistics support.
